Comfortable base for exploring Alicante.

I always come back to this place. The staff helped me with travel tips on my first stay. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, an electric kettle, kitchen utensils, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. And I love the beach access and board games. Coming back for New Year!

The location of the hotel is fantastic, being in the heart of the old town with easy access to nearby restaurants and amenities. it is just a short stroll to the beach, making it ideal for those who want to enjoy the seaside.

There were some noise complaints from guests due to the hotel's proximity to restaurants.

This little apartment in the heart of the old town is a fabulous find. Maria, the owner, has thought of everything you could possibly need, from cutlery to beach towels and toys for kids. the apartment is a perfect size for a couple and even has a washing machine for longer stays. the location is fantastic, right in the middle of the bustling restaurant street, a short stroll to the beach and lovely churches. the TV has cable and a handy feature to switch off Spanish dubbing for English shows.

Towels were faded and bedding didn't match. Thin walls, could hear noisy neighbors.

This little apartment was absolutely mind-blowing! It had everything we needed for our stay, including a beach bag filled with awesome beach toys for the kids. The location was super, right in the middle of the old town with plenty of amazing restaurants just down the road. We loved that we couldn't hear any noise from the busy road outside. The small kitchen with a fridge was perfect for our own cooking. With a €100 deposit upon arrival and check-in, we felt secure. It was a short 10/15 minute walk to the nearby bus station and a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. The supermarket was conveniently close by as well, around a 5 minute walk. The owner, Maria, thought of every detail and even provided towels for the beach. The TV in the room had cable and it was great that we could remove the Spanish dubbing with just a click of a button. Communication with the host was excellent and we had no issues during our stay. we had a fantastic time in this fabulous apartment and highly recommend it!
